If the user approves the confirmation dialog, then related activities is deleted and the group members associated with the group line is removed, and the quantity or number of persons change is assigned on the group line itself, and the reservation is drafted. This because activities will be fewer than before. Note: When lowering quantity you can always delete the member who is not attending which will only remove the related activity and skip the drafting process. Previously, the user would get an error message stating that activities already existed, and would have to manually go and delete the activities (see action Delete Activities in the group line), or delete associated group member assignments to affect the quantity, which also still works as before. This way users are prompted immediately, if they are OK with deleting the activities to continue the quantity/no. of persons changes. Note: When increasing the value of Quantity/no. of persons, and confirmed activities exist, the users are prompted if they want to draft the activities before the change is accepted, and then they must manually confirm again. Previously, users had to manually draft the line before changing these values.

79652 Suspend Transaction - Receipt No. on POS Not Incrementing Properly When Using Web Replication and Retrieving and Re-Suspending Previous Transactions

There was an issue where POS receipt numbers could collide when retrieving and re-suspending transactions with web replication (TS Susp./Retrieve) enabled.
- When a previously suspended transaction was retrieved and re-suspended, the POS receipt number counter could go backwards, causing the next transaction to reuse a receipt number already assigned to another suspended transaction on the remote company.
- The LastSlipNo POS tag now only updates when the receipt number is higher than the current value, preventing it from being overwritten with a lower number.
This affects POS terminals using company-to-company web replication (TS Susp./Retrieve) that retrieve and re-suspend transactions.

81368 AL: Critical: Locking error while posting the transaction

There was a critical locking error on table POS Data Entry that occurred randomly when multiple POS terminals posted transactions simultaneously.
- In codeunit LSC POS Post Utility (ProcessTransaction), a ModifyAll call on the POS Data Entry table was executed unconditionally without first checking whether matching records exist for the current receipt.
- Under concurrent load (90+ terminals), Business Central acquired an UPDLOCK on the range even when no records existed, competing with other terminal transactions and causing deadlocks.
- The fix adds an existence guard (IsEmpty check) before the ModifyAll so the lock is never acquired when there are no records. An integration event OnBeforeModifyPOSDataEntry is also added to allow external subscribers to bypass the operation if needed.
- Impact: Hospitality and retail environments running online POS architectures with many concurrent terminals posting card transactions.

When a rental unit is returned and the operator uses Search from the Activity Role Center to look up the reservation by rental unit number, the system now returns the most recent rental assignment for that unit instead of the oldest one.
Before, if a unit had a history of rentals, the search could open a prior (already-completed) reservation, making it impossible to find the currently active rental.

81505 LS Booking - Rental and Return in Different Location

Operators can now configure an automatic surcharge that is applied when a rental unit is returned to a location other than the one where it was picked up. When the customer returns the unit at a different store, a charge line is added automatically to the rental reservation at the configured price — there is no need to add it manually at the POS. A message is shown to the operator confirming that the cross-location charge has been added.
Set up on the Activity Type Card with two new fields: Cross Location Charge Amount (the fixed fee) and Cross Location Posting Item (the item used to post the charge). The return location is also stamped on each processed unit entry and is visible on the Processed Unit Entries FactBox.
Defaults are blank/zero, so existing tenants see no behavior change until the fields are configured. Late-return charges continue to work independently, a return that is both late and cross-location produces both lines.

On confirmation the new client is created and immediately linked to the booking.
- If the client field already contains a value, the assist-edit button opens the existing client's contact card as before.

- When a user entered an Item No. on a Retail Item Registration line and the item had Price Includes VAT = false (common in Nordic countries), the Sales Price Incl. VAT field was incorrectly populated with Item."Unit Price" (the ex-VAT price) instead of the VAT-inclusive price.
- This caused the ex-VAT value to be written back to the item's VAT-inclusive price field when running Create/Update Items, effectively double-deflating all prices.
- The fix corrects the field assignment in the table trigger to use the VAT-inclusive price, supporting both Price Module V15 (Item.LSC Unit Price Incl. VAT) and V16 (price list line lookup via LSC Retail Price Utils).
Users who perform Retail Item Registration with items where Price Includes VAT = false now see the correct VAT-inclusive price in the Sales Price Incl. VAT column and do not experience price deflation when running Create/Update Items.

- When a restaurant was configured to have the POS push Kitchen Order Tickets directly to Web KDS, the KDS KOT Overview page showed an empty Sent To KDS timestamp for those KOTs even though the KOT itself was delivered successfully.
- This was because the push path did not record the delivery timestamp that the overview page relies on, while the poll-mode path correctly recorded it.
- The fix ensures that after each successful push from the POS to Web KDS, a delivery timestamp is written for every KOT in the pushed batch, bringing push-mode behavior in line with poll mode.
Restaurant operators using the POS pushes KOTs to Web KDS setting now see the Sent To KDS column correctly populated on the KDS KOT Overview page after KOTs are sent.
- No configuration changes or schema changes are required. Restaurants using Web KDS polls for new KOTs or Standard KDS are not affected.

1. Franchise return processing was improved, to correctly handle return receipts from end to end.
2. Return documents now flow more reliably into outbound franchise messages with clearer, consistent document mapping.
3. Quantity handling for returns was refined so shipped and invoiced values are reported more accurately.
4. Matching of inbound return documents to purchase returns was strengthened to reduce mislinked documents.
5. Posting behavior for return quantities was improved to prevent incorrect quantity updates in some scenarios.
6. Internal processing checks were expanded to improve stability during automated return document handling.

83715 Store Inventory Journal - Duplicate Purchase Orders when posting, when journal contains “Import Incomplete” lines

Post a Store Inventory journal that still holds lines imported from the Mobile Inventory app but not yet fully received, and you do not get duplicate purchase orders anymore.
Posting now skips those incomplete lines until the mobile import finishes, and processes them on a later post once they are received.
